
Park Rules
The following rules are established to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance, with a Good Neighbor Policy in mind. Since every situation cannot be anticipated, management reserves the right to amend or modify these rules at any time without notice.

Your cooperation is appreciated and will help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all guests.
​General Information
Front Desk Hours: Daily, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

RV Check-In: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Please contact the office if you will arrive after 5:00 PM

Cabin Check-In: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Check-Out: 11:00 AM
Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

All extended-stay guests must maintain a current contact phone number on file with the office.
No off-site purchased alcohol is permitted near the Clubhouse, Laundry Room, Swimming Pool, Shower House, or other resort amenities.
No glass containers for alcoholic beverages; labels must be covered.
Observe all NO SMOKING areas. Smoking or vaping is prohibited near the Clubhouse, Laundry Room, Swimming Pool, and Shower House.
Marijuana and illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Management reserves the right to issue warnings or evictions for rule violations.

Cancellation Policy
30 nights or more: 100% refund, excluding the $3.50 reservation fee.
8–29 nights: 50% refund, excluding the $3.50 reservation fee.
7 nights or fewer: No refund.
Early departures
No refunds will be issued for unused nights due to early departure.

Recreational Vehicles (RV)
Each site is limited to one (1) RV, two (2) vehicles, and one (1) golf cart.
​
Flatbed trailers must be stored in the designated storage area (see office).
RVs must be well maintained, in excellent condition, and no more than 10 years old.
Cleveland County requires sewer gaskets/seals. Long-term sewer hoses must be raised off the ground.
Commercially manufactured wheel covers are permitted.

No storage is allowed under or around the RV except approved containers.
​
RVs and vehicles may be washed only by approved mobile washing services coordinated through the office.
Please notify the office before requesting a site change (conditions apply).
Guests are responsible for safeguarding valuables. The resort is not responsible for loss or theft.
Personal Vehicles & Golf Carts
Vehicles must be well maintained and free of oil leaks.

Speed limit: 5 MPH throughout the park, registered guests are responsible for their visitors speed.
No vehicle repairs or maintenance unless performed by approved mobile services with office coordination.
Inoperable or unlicensed vehicles are not permitted and may be towed at the owner’s expense.
Park only in designated spaces.
Never park on grass, roadways, empty sites, or common areas.
Drive only on roadways—do not cut through sites.
Keep vehicle noise to a minimum, especially diesel engine warm-ups.
Recreational use of motorcycles or ATVs is not permitted.
EV charging is prohibited on park pedestals due to risk of electrical damage.Site Guidelines
During Freeze Warnings, guests must:*
-Shut off water

-Disconnect hoses from hydrants
​
-Open hydrant valves to drain
​
-Heated hoses do not prevent hydrant freezing
​
*Failure to comply could result in hydrant replacement charges
​
General Rules
Keep sites neat and free of clutter, debris, and eyesores.
Do not put trash outside your camper or cabin in bags, containers or loose.
Keep your site neat and orderly. A site should look thee same whether you're staying one night or monthly.
Only outdoor-rated furniture is permitted and must be kept in good condition.
Closed plastic storage containers are allowed under RVs if kept orderly.
The Following Are NOT Allowed on Sites:
Clotheslines or hanging laundry
Trash bags or containers left outside
Tying items to trees, bushes, pedestals, or hydrants
Outdoor appliances
Fences of any kind
Open storage containers
Concrete blocks or wood pallets used as structures
Rugs or patio mats on grass
Walking through occupied or vacant sites
Tents on RV sites
Selling services or goods
Garbage containers

Additional Notes:
Do not place heavy items on grass; turf is easily damaged.
Children under 18 must return to their site by 9:00 PM.
Gas or charcoal grills may be used with office approval.
Ashes must be fully cooled and disposed of in a sealed bag.
During high fire danger, cooking outside may be prohibited.
Pets
Maximum of two (2) pets per site.
All pet rules must be followed; cats are included.
Pets may not roam freely and must always be leashed and attended.
Pets may not be tied outside or left unattended.
Pet enclosures are not permitted.
Pets are not allowed at food functions and only in designated pet areas.
Guests must notify the office if a pet is added during their stay and must not be on our restricted breed list.
Guests must clean up after pets. Dog waste must be bagged, sealed, and disposed of properly.
Restricted Breeds (Not Allowed):
Doberman Pinschers, Pit Bulls or Pit Bull Mixes, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Wolf Hybrids, and Rottweilers.
Emotional Support Animals are not Service Animals and are not permitted in public buildings or non-pet-friendly cabins.
Visitors
Visitors must be accompanied by a registered guest at all times.
Overnight visitors must register and are subject to a $5.00 per person, per night fee.
Day visitors must leave before quiet hours (10:00 PM).
Registered guests are responsible for their visitors’ conduct.
Violations may result in eviction without refund.
Please notify the office in advance so visitor parking tags can be issued.
Emergency & Safety
In an emergency, call 911 first, then notify the office so staff can assist emergency responders.
Report suspicious or concerning activity to (704) 477-9649 (24 hours).
Emergency Contact forms are required for all extended-stay guests and will only be used in emergencies or when required by law enforcement.
Personal information is never shared except under those circumstances.
